Progressive education leader with a distinguished background in curricula design; training; talent development; social entrepreneurship; and non-profit management. She is especially adept at weaving the principles of metaphysics into the soul of an organization resulting in an enlightened corporate culture that breeds novel and innovative thinking. She received formal D&I training at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Esu Ma'at
Advisory board member for the All-In Diversity Project, a global initiative based in London, designed to establish diversity, equity, and nclusion standards for companies worldwide. Esu led diversity initiatives for 10 years at the United States Tennis Association and received formal D & I training at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Dr. Dale G. Caldwell
Professor and the executive director of the Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Formerly a senior executive in the public, private and civic/nonprofit sectors. He also has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and executive coach. Dale is the author of the book "Intelligent Influence: The 4 Steps of Highly Successful Leaders and Organizations."
